The excellent ‘Inn-Spectors’ nativity play performed by KG, Forms I, II and III was much enjoyed by all last week. The inn-spectors had arrived in Bethlehem and were not at all pleased with the health and safety nightmare – a baby born in a stable.
We were delighted to invite visitors and parents to join us during Open Week for tours of the school, Open Sport and Speech and Drama lessons and our Harvest Festival celebration.
Forms VI and VII were excited to take part in ‘The Seasons’ — a cross curricular education project — inspired by the North Wales International Music Festival theme, Mother Earth.
A fun time was had by all on the recent Drama Workshop just before the start of the Autumn Term. We were delighted to see so many new faces on the workshop with many younger members joining the group.
Music and Drama departments have been working furiously once again this term towards our performance of ‘Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat’.
This term Forms V, VI and VII were fortunate enough to visit the marvellous Catalyst Museum in Widnes.

The gymnastics enrichment club have been working very hard this term, choreographing, practising and performing a gymnastics display for sports day.
This term each Form is leading a Whole School Assembly referencing our theme — ’Colour’.
We were delighted this term to win the Ruthin Junior Maths Challenge for the 4th year in a row, this year winning both 1st and 2nd places!
