Wind in the Willows

Our main event during Jubilee Events Week was our performance of the hilarious musical, ‘Wind in the Willows’ based on the classic story by Kenneth Grahame. The production followed the adventures and escapades of Ratty, Mole, Badger and the infamous Mr. Toad in this all-inclusive School Musical. 

A drivable car, a model caravan, prison bars and chains and hand-painted scenery all added to this marvellous story as the flamboyant Mr. Toad crashes cars, gets arrested, dresses up as a washerwoman and retakes Toad Hall from the stoats and weasels. 

Some fantastic acting from main characters and supporting roles with pupils all gaining confidence and learning to work as a team throughout the process.  Thanks to all cast and crew!
