Urdd Swimming Gala

Recently, several Fairholme School pupils enthusiastically took part in the Urdd Swimming Gala at Rhyl Leisure Centre.  Our first ever Urdd swimming gala, Hannah, Imogen, Abigail, Louis WW, Iestyn, Leah and Martha all took part in individual races as well as combining for a team relay in the Year 3-4 category.

Our relay team, Louis WW, Iestyn, Leah and Martha, gained second place in the team relay, Leah was placed second in both backstroke and freestyle and Abigail was placed first and is through to the finals in Cardiff, swimming breaststroke and butterfly.  Very well done everyone.
