Sports Day 2016

We were fortunate, this year, to have chosen the sunniest day of the month on which to hold our sports day! In the bright sunshine, the children enjoyed displaying their many sporting talents on both track and field.  In addition to cheering the children on, parents were able to enjoy some splendid strawberry scones and Pimms, courtesy of Mrs. Sanders.  The weather was also perfect for the balloon race—the balloons soaring to a great height. It will be interesting to see how far the winner travels this year.  Thank you to all who contributed to the fantastic £400 raised for the Rotary Club. Prior to the medals ceremony, the children treated parents to a preview of one or our “Noah” songs and the day was perfectly rounded off with ice creams!
