Sports Day

We were very excited to hold our Sports Day at Myddelton College this year. In glorious sunshine, we embarked on the usual round of running, hurdles and obstacle races as well as house shuttle and netball relays.

Mr. Roberts, our new Sports’ Coach, was forced to take on Mr. Rees in a competitive obstacle race and the fathers once again battled it out in a Tug of War.

The balloons were sent off following a Maypole dancing display while results were collated.

Thanks so much to Myddelton College for loaning us their beautiful grounds, to Miss Mailey for the delicious scones and cream, to Peter from the Rotary Club for organising the charity balloon race, to Alex, our commentator, and to Mr. Rees for organising this very successful sporting event!
