Solar Eclipse

We were excited to hear that there was to be a Solar Eclipse on 20th March and were all set for the occasion with special solar viewing glasses and a pinhole projector hoping to record this unusual event (the next solar eclipse not being until 2026). We were therefore delighted that the clouds stayed away for an extended period and we were able to use the equipment and make a good photographic record of the event. The clouds were aware that our dress rehearsal was set to begin at 9.30am and therefore obligingly obscured the sun for further viewing from then onwards!
