Not bad at bad-minton!

This half term, the weekly badminton club decided to hold a doubles tournament to showcase their skills. 16 players entered the tournament and, following the knock-out rounds, the final doubles match and third place play-off were watched by all the children. During the build up to the final there were some nail biting and intense games! Well done to Krish and Charlotte, the overall winners.  Thanks to all the players for taking part; it was pleasing to witness such good sportsmanship as well as the development of some super skills.  There will be more tournaments to come, including more singles matches! 

Children are encouraged to sign up to this club, particularly if they have not tried badminton before.
