Celebrating St. David

We were delighted to invite parents to a special Open Assembly to celebrate St. David’s Day.  All the Forms contributed with songs — both Welsh and English — information, a Welsh traditional dance and prayers.  Both harp ensemble and guitar group also played well known Welsh tunes and everyone joined in for the rousing Welsh hymn and national anthem.  Well done to all the Forms — particularly Form IV for their great work researching many famous Welsh people, past and present.

We hope parents enjoyed joining us for the first St. David’s assembly in our new Mount Theatre.
