Balloon Sports Day

Balloons were the theme for the Sports and Open Day this year. The day started with children enjoying having their faces painted and progressed on to track and field events which contributed to individual and House competitions. The weather stayed fine and parents were kept amused with scones and cream, Pimm’s and the obligatory mothers and fathers races. To round off the day, we let off the balloons for our balloon race in support of the Rotary Club. Well done to all the children for taking part, Scott House for winning the House competition and to Mrs. Pye — the lucky winner of the Prize Draw. We hope she enjoys the forthcoming hot air balloon ride!
